Job Description
  • This a Pre-sales role & will be responsible for development of the lead generation and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns.
  • Creating, implementing, and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and continious business.
  • This role will include proactive prospecting through email and make calls to the potential customers.
  • Introduce our product solution, log call and information into CRM and set up demos and appointments.
Key responsibilities
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting.
  • Collaboratively work with marketing team and leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities.
  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quota.

Job Title : Project Manager
Experience : 4-6 years

  • Min. 4-6 years overall experience, with atleast 2+ years of Software Development experience.
  • Individuals with experience in Software companies preferable from SaaS, PaaS and Cloud computing.
  • Independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
  • Excellent communications, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • BE/B.Tech, preferably in Computer Science/IT / or any Technical Degree, MBA Preferred
Job Description
  • Coordination with internal & external teams to Cloud based solutions.
  • Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management,
  • Manage complex business and logistical challenges
  • Manage all project resources, including subcontractors and an offshore team.
  • Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
  • Interact with all roles on the client side including CIO, CTO, IT Architects, technical staff and business representatives.
Key responsibilities
  • Requirements management, planning, identifying risks & mitigation plans.
  • Work across internal and external teams, execution, status reporting and formal handover/closure.
  • Regular communication with customers and internal teams to align on the project goals and risks.
  • Continuous improvement of processes, checklist, documents and other artefacts required during project life cycle.
